We do not intentionally store complete credit card numbers on our own website servers. Payment information is generally collected and processed by third-party payment processors.

The iLifeChange Experiment and MetaMotivations program may touch on happiness, suffering, motivation, meaning, spirituality, self-actualization, desire, responsibility, ethical formation, personal change, life direction, habits, daily practice, vision, imagination, reason, will and awareness. You may choose to provide information that could be sensitive.

We do not seek to collect sensitive information unnecessarily. The iLifeChange Experiment and MetaMotivations program are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, therapeutic, legal, financial, crisis or professional advisory services.
8. 40-day course, daily materials and participation
The iLifeChange Experiment is generally structured as a 40-day course or incubation process. It may involve live online sessions, replay access where available, daily materials, course emails, written prompts, meditations, reflective exercises, practical experiments, and related course communications.
If you register for or participate in the course, we may collect information such as your registration details, attendance details, course access details, daily material access details, submitted responses, technical participation data, replay access information and follow-up engagement information.
We may use this information to provide course access, send course instructions, deliver daily materials, administer live sessions, provide replays where available, respond to support requests, improve course delivery, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for checking your email, calendar, access pages, course platform, spam folder, promotions tab, primary inbox and other communication channels for course instructions, live session details, replay details, daily materials and access updates.
9. Live sessions, streaming, recordings and replays
The iLifeChange Experiment may include live online sessions, course sessions, workshops, webinars, meetings, streamed sessions, recordings, replays, group discussions, chat features, questions, comments, surveys or other interactive elements.
If you register for or participate in a live session or event, we may collect information such as your registration details, attendance details, event access details, chat messages, submitted questions, comments, technical participation data, livestream access information, replay access information and follow-up engagement information.
We may record live online sessions. If you choose to appear on camera, speak, ask a question, post in chat, submit comments, participate in discussion, or otherwise contribute, your name, image, voice, comments, questions or other participation may be captured in a recording or replay.
Where practical, we may provide ways to participate without appearing on camera or being publicly identified.
You should not share personal, sensitive or confidential information in group settings, chat messages, live questions, comments, event discussions or public participation features unless you are comfortable with that information being seen, heard, stored or processed in that setting.
Replay access, recordings and post-session materials may not always be available. Where replays are available, access may be subject to registration status, purchase status, access period, platform availability, technical limitations and any applicable terms.
10. Daily practices, implementation and responsibility
The course may include daily experiments, reflection prompts, meditations, written exercises, self-observation, journaling, values work, faculty exercises, personal reflection and implementation steps.
Information you provide in connection with daily practices may be personal, reflective, philosophical, spiritual, vocational, relational, professional or otherwise sensitive. You should only provide information that you are willing to share with us for the purpose of providing the Services.
We may use course-related information to understand your enquiry, administer participation, provide support, improve course delivery, send appropriate course communications, maintain records, respond to enquiries, and comply with legal obligations.

Course records, event recordings, replays, attendance records, livestream access records, chat records, submitted questions, reflection responses, daily practice responses, support records, registration records, purchase records and access records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a shorter retention period is stated or required by law.
When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it or de-identify it, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it.
